My Clients

HR Excellence Redefined

I provide consulting services to companies of all sizes and industries - from multinational corporations to small businesses - as well as to individuals through coaching. Using a variety of methods for business analysis, organizational diagnostics and HR audits, I also employ tools such as Empathy Maps to develop customized HR solutions tailored to your specific needs and challenges.

An Empathy Map is a visual tool that helps me develop a deep understanding of my clients' needs, challenges, and behaviors. It provides detailed insights into what companies think, feel, see, hear, say and do as well as their specific requirements:

  • Seeing: The challenges and opportunities that companies observe in their daily work environment, such as technological developments, market trends, or internal processes.
  • Hearing: What companies hear from employees, leaders, or within the industry, including feedback, rumors, and best practices that influence their perceptions and decisions.
  • Thinking and Feeling: The internal thoughts and feelings of the company's leaders and employees, including their concerns, hopes, frustrations, and aspirations regarding their jobs and the company's development.
  • Say and Doing: What leaders and employees say in conversations and the concrete actions they take in their daily professional lives to achieve their goals or accomplish missions and tasks.

I use these insights to provide HR solutions that are precisely tailored to the individual needs and specific characteristics of each organization.
